Sheri Donahue
CEO/Chief Cyber Security Evangelist
Sheri Donahue is an engineer with 20 years of experience working for the US Navy. As the Program Manager for Security and Intelligence, she oversaw a portfolio of intelligence and intelligence-related projects for the Navy, the Department of Defense, and various intelligence agencies within the US government. Her work involved integrating science and technology with intelligence to develop knowledge solutions aimed at combating terrorism.
Sheri is the President-Emeritus of the InfraGard National Members Alliance, having served on the National Board for 12 years, including three as National President. She led efforts to strengthen partnerships between the private sector and agencies like the FBI and DHS, benefiting InfraGard’s 50,000 members in critical infrastructure and cybersecurity. Sheri created the InfraGard Sector Chief Program, which mandated FBI field offices to enhance public-private collaboration. Additionally, she worked with all 84 chapters and state offices to incorporate them as 501(c)3 entities, expanding networking opportunities for members.
Sheri was the Cyber Security Strategic Partnerships Director for Humana’s Enterprise Information Protection Department, where she engaged with external partners and internal customers to improve Humana’s cyber security posture.
In 2020, inspired by a vision for a safer digital world, Sheri founded Commonwealth Sentinel Cyber Security to empower local governments, non-profits, and small businesses with cutting-edge cyber security consulting services.
Leo Haggerty
Founder TCHQ Communications
Before graduating from college, Leo began working in radio, which led to his involvement in marketing special events and promotions, ultimately resulting in the launch of his first business.
His passion for public service led to starting The Campaign HQ and a couple of stints in state government.
As the Director of General Administration and support at the Kentucky State Treasury, Leo was responsible for the Treasury’s IT infrastructure and oversaw the acquisition and deployment of a new Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system, new servers, and new printers throughout the Treasury.
In 2016, he launched TCHQ Communications, an evolution and a return to roots. With services ranging from crisis management to audio and video productions, he works with businesses around the corner or the world.
